I had a great experience here yesterday after having a very stressful experience at Les Schwab. Greg was so kind and so helpful! I told my husband that we are no longer Les Schwab customers and we will be going to Discount Tire from now on. Thank you for having exceptional customer service and getting my car fixed so quickly!

Ordered tires & scheduled installation online, including some questions in my order comments. Checked-in online when I got to the parking lot. Erich Douglas greeted me, introduced himself, and answered all the questions I had noted, before I even got out of the car. The total cost was EXACTLY what I had already paid online (which was a great value for U.S.-manufactured tires). Aunya Carpenter let me know I had lug nut issues, and immediately got new lug nuts installed. The whole process took less than an hour. The level of customer service was so good that from now on I will not go anywhere else for tires. Truly a great place to do business. I am now a very loyal customer!

Best tire buying experience, hands down. I went in a few different times with questions about tires for 2 different vehicles, and each time I was given a lot of useful information about each tire, how to search the Discount Tire website, and what my tire priorities were. I NEVER felt any pressure to purchase on the spot or to schedule an appointment right away and I really appreciate that. When I decided what tire I wanted, I scheduled online and purchased the tires at the same time, which was super convenient. When I arrived, I was in and out and every employee I encountered was super friendly and welcoming. I will come here in the future for other tire needs!

Twice in the last 2 months I’ve been to the Missoula store and both times I’ve been treated far more superior than any other local Tire shop had ever dreamed of. From customer satisfaction to basic human empathy, they went above and beyond! I work long days, most days and I’m always in my car. When my tire blew out in my AWD Denali trim that I can hardly afford to maintain, they legitimately saved behind and my bank account!!! I can’t even begin to express my gratitude enough to these guys! Thank you for going above and beyond, for beating the prices of all your competitors, and for having me back on the road with 4 new tires in under 45 minutes….. After I walked in right before close! I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. After servicing my boyfriend's vehicle, all three tires that were mounted that same day were visibly cracked EVERY single wheel they touched had damage. These tires held air before we brought the car in FOR TWO MOTHS sat in the drive way and the cracking was noticed immediately after service. When we contacted the store to address this, instead of taking responsibility or helping resolve the issue, they claimed they were unaware of any damage and escalated it to a claims investigation, making it feel like we were being questioned rather than supported. They also stated their machines were "incapable" of causing this type of damage which after deeper investigation from another shop and they said otherwise considering all three tires serviced that day were affected I don't think this is coincidental..... What made the situation even more concerning is that after the damage occurred, the store called us and told us they were "patching it up for free," while simultaneously insisting that their machines could not have caused the damage in the first place. If no responsibility was involved, it's unclear why repairs would be offered
